A Little About Me

Kris Carter

Assistant Principal, 1st Grade, Piano

Kris Carter is our 1st grade teacher, but she also teaches piano, choir and is our interim Assistant Principal. She grew up in Phoenix, AZ and moved to Texas right before her daughter was born. She went to college at the University of Arizona for her BA and the University of Phoenix for her Master in Business Management.

She has been married to her husband, Carson, for 30 years. They have three children together – Kendall, Chase and Colby who all attended Messiah Lutheran Classical Academy for their grade school years.

Kris and her family went to Alaska this past summer for their family vacation. She thought Alaska was gorgeous and is her current favorite place. In her spare time, Kris’ hobby is photography!
